With his unique consulting background combining strategy consulting and talent management consulting, in-house leadership development and external leadership consultanting, Mr. Rao helps clients align talent management, development, and leadership building with business strategy, which links leadership and talent practices to clients’ business success. He is an experienced professional in leadership assessment tools and methodologies, talent development strategy, operation design, coaching, and action-learning technology.

He serves top MNC and local clients in China.

Mr. Rao holds an E.M.B.A. from China European International Business School and a bachelor of science degree from Tsinghua University.
