Ms. Ma accumulates profound experience through the past 5 years of work, which covers different culture background in Greater China and Asia Pacific region. The experience includes talent assessment, learning and development center, talent acquisition and selection, HR process outsourcing etc.
Her clients include top tier players in respective industries, such as COSCO Shipping Group, China Eastern, COMAC, Bank of China, SAIC Motor, FAW, Hangzhou Metro, Baowu Group, SUMEC, CHIATAI TIANQING, GSK, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Franke Group, VeriFone, etc.
Ms. Ma holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Shanghai Normal University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of York, England.
Expertise
She is familiar with many psychometric assessment tools, good at assessment process design, also supportive in leadership development projects. As the core team member, Ms. Ma was responsible for or participated in projects including the design and delivery of assessment center, expatriate selection, leadership competency modeling, talent review, high potential talent selection, 360 degree feedback, assessment report interpretation, action learning, learning map, team culture workshop. She also supports the localization research on psychometric tools, etc.
