The client is a global high-tech leader in communications, Internet and data security industries.
Project background:
The client’s business performance was declining in Greater China market. Recently, several new leaders in Greater China offices on boarded, and there has been discord within the leadership team. The client needed external consultants to assist 1) to find the root causes of internal conflicts in the leadership team; 2) to strengthen leadership team-building and solve problems; 3) to form a clear vision and development strategy to enhance the business performance of Greater China.
Solution:
Leader’s Gene was invited to customize the Leadership Effectiveness Workshop for the Client's Core Sales Leadership Team in Greater China, providing Leadership Team Effectiveness Enhancement Services for the Core Leadership Team (GCLT) of Greater China's Chairman & CEO. The project content includes online team research and analysis, and designed a two-day workshop based on the analysis conclusions to discuss the future direction of the core team, enhance mutual trust, and form an action plan. Laiwu's self-developed leadership team effectiveness online research provides efficient and convenient tools for the project.
Impact:
The client's core leadership team in Greater China participated in an online survey and then an offsite workshop to jointly review the vision and strategic direction of Greater China and share the goals and challenges of their respective function. Facilitator shared the effective leadership team model and the client’s current status, and the leadership team brainstormed ideas to eliminate the barriers, reached consensus, and worked more closely together. The workshop has achieved great results: leadership team effectiveness highly improved and corporate performance began to grow steadily.
