Before founding Leader’s Gene, Mr. Lim was senior Partner, and managing director for Korn/Ferry International's Leadership and Talent Consulting business in Greater China; managing director for Mercer’s human capital consulting business in Greater China. And senior consultant with Hay Group.
Brief Introduction
Mr. Lim has 20 years’ leadership consulting and executive coaching experience with a focus on helping executives at multinational and local companies in China to achieve their business and career goals.
In his recent coaching experience, he coaches China CEO, VP, and AP or China BU/functional heads in global leading companies.
His rich coaching and consulting experiences cover top clients in their industries, such as Deloitte, McDonald’s, Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, AZ, Sanofi, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Mondelez, Amway, Unilever, Dow, SONY, China Telecom, Baidu, Fosun and Shimao Group.
Mr. Lim is a frequent speaker at many high-profile leadership and talent management events in China, He also frequently published articles in leading business journals such as the Chinese version of the Harvard Business Review, CEIBS Business Review, and Tsinghua Business Review. He is a member of the editorial board for the Business Review Magazine, and was lauded as one of the “Top Ten Most Insightful and Inspiring Authors.“ He was named one of the “15 People in 15 Years” by China Staff in 2012.
Mr. Lim has completed ICF accredited ACTP program. He also holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a MBA from Massey University, New Zealand.
