The TALENTx7^® Learning Agility Assessment is a psychometric tool designed specifically to measure learning agility. It comprehensively, objectively, and quantitatively measures an employee's ability and willingness to succeed in the new and challenging leadership situations. It is therefore used by many organizations to measure their key talent attributes such as the capability to adapt to change, to thrive in new environments, and to possess leadership potential. The assessment includes positively worded items and negatively worded items, with 148 questions ensuring its reliability and four Accuracy Scales measuring the validity of the report. The assessment system adjusts for the systematic distortion of social desirability for the respondent's scores.

The online certification is divided into two stages：

The first stage is the self learning phase that includes a pre-course assessment and self-study micro-courses.

The cost for the first stage is 299 RMB per person.

The second stage is the certification phase that includes a written exam and one-on-one coaching/stimulation exercise with our consultant.

The certification fee of the second stage is 1499 RMB per person.

Upon passing both stage I and II, a certification certificate will be issued.
